To foster leadership in the ODYSSEY Media Group, students often have to present keynote presentations to classmates on things they may have learned at conferences or summer camps. Editors in the Media Group are also expected to conduct presentations at various journalism conferences. I have presented in front of the class and at the Georgia Scholastic Press Association annual Fall workshop and the Southern Interscholastic Press Association Spring workshop.
